In November 2023, a case was filed against Elvish Yadav over allegations of using snake venom during a rave party in Noida. He was arrested on 17 March 2024. The charges claimed that snakes and their venom were used for entertainment and intoxication at parties, which is a serious offence under wildlife protection laws.
